Our Linux cPanel servers block an IP address if the server sees a lot of suspicious requests from the IP address. This could for instance be because of multiple incorrect logins to cPanel or a typo in an email password.
If you get blocked, you can contact the team who will be able to help you understand why your IP address was banned and prevent the same thing happening again in the future.
